At Lumi Nandi, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're genuinely sorry and would love the opportunity to make things right. You are welcome to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, and once the items arrive back with us in acceptable condition, we’ll make sure the full purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.

To start the return process, simply get in touch with our customer service team either by sending an email to support@luminandi.com or by using the contact form on our website. Please include your order number so we can assist you as quickly and accurately as possible. Once you’ve received confirmation, you can send your items back to the return address provided in our Terms and Conditions and on the return form. We kindly ask that you use a reliable shipping method with a track & trace code, as you are responsible for the return shipment and any associated costs.

As soon as your return package arrives and is inspected, we will process your refund without delay. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you originally used, and you will receive confirmation once it has been completed.

Please be aware that, due to hygiene and safety considerations, certain product types cannot be returned. This includes personal care and wellness products that have been opened, intimate items such as underwear, and any health-related goods that fall under the category of hygienic or medical items.
